Refund Policy – Menforce

Menforce is a trade name of DV Enterprises. We have a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and wellness items), returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

To start a return, contact us at care@menforce.co.in with your order number. If approved, you'll receive return instructions:

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order on delivery and contact care@menforce.co.in immediately if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. COD order refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
